2. Using a ruler, measure the size of the ribbon or paper in millimeters. Use the conversion guide below to find your size. If you are between sizes, size up. If the ring you are wanting to purchase is thicker/wider - such as our band rings - size up as well.

Using an existing ring that already fits you well, you an use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of this ring.
